I’ve enjoyed the W.D. & H.O. Wills ‘Safety First’ series for many years. It conjures up an era that seems so quaint by modern standards – although its purpose is far from quaint: it was introduced because of the horrific rate of road accidents. Even though traffic volume has increased and we drive much faster now, roads are very much safer today.
